Ten templates, each with a plain-text alternative. Placeholders in braces are filled from the student record at send time.
Notification Emails
What the system sends without being asked.
What the system sends on its own. Each rule names who receives it, so nothing reaches a family by accident.
Quiet hours 21:00 – 07:003 reminders before the due date, 1 after. Never more than one message a day per family.
Sent at 11:00, once attendance is locked for the morning session.
Held until the class teacher signs off, so no result reaches a family early.
Off while the template is a draft. Would send one digest at 17:00 rather than a message per subject.
Includes an .ics attachment so the slot lands in the guardian’s calendar.

Advanced
Headers, webhooks, tracking and the reset switch.
Added to every outbound message. They help receivers classify school mail correctly and let support trace a message back to the module that sent it.
Resetting returns every email setting to the template default, disconnects all providers and clears stored credentials. Templates, logs and the suppression list are kept.
